17th Judicial District Attorney's Office Files Possession With Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine Charge Against Suzanne Lamonaca

Brighton, CO – The District Attorney’s Office announced today the filing of a Possession with Intent to Distribute or Manufacture Methamphetamine against Suzanne Lamonaca, 44, related to a traffic stop that occurred in Thornton on June 19, 2025. Lamonaca is accused to have been in possession of more than 225 grams of Methamphetamine and a firearm near the 200 Block of East 120th Avenue. 

Lamonaca is charged with: 

  • Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Distribute a Controlled Substance Schedule I/II (DF1)
  • Special Offender (DF1)
Case number 2025CR1767 was filed in Adams County District Court. Lamonaca's next court appearance is on July 16, 2025, at 8:30am. 

The filing of a criminal charge is merely a formal accusation that an individual(s) committed offense(s) under Colorado laws. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. See Colo RPC 3.6.
