17th Judicial District Attorney's Office Charges Defendant for Unlawful Sexual Contact on a Colorado State Representative


May 13, 2025

Brighton, CO – The District Attorney’s Office announced today the filing of a felony charge against Mukhammadali Mukadyrov, 42, for the alleged unlawful sexual contact of Colorado State Representative Jenny Willford in Northglenn on February 24, 2024. Mukadyrov was allegedly acting as a rideshare driver while using the vehicle and account of another individual at the time of the offense.  

Mukadryov is charged with: 

  • Unlawful Sexual Contact (F4)
Case number 2025CR001248 was filed in Adams County District Court. A warrant has been issued for Mukadryov's arrest. 

The filing of a criminal charge is merely a formal accusation that an individual(s) committed offense(s) under Colorado laws. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. See Colo RPC 3.6.
