17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office Files Sexual Assault on a Child Charge Against Ulrich Dahm

Brighton, CO – The District Attorney’s Office announced today the filing of a Sexual Assault on a Child charge against Ulrich Dahm, 67, for allegedly subjecting a female student under the age of 18 to sexual contact while serving in a position of trust. The alleged offense occurred between September 6, 2024, and February 7, 2025, while Dahm was employed as a soccer coach at Aurora West College Preparatory Academy in Aurora Public Schools. 

Dahm is charged with: 

  • Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust -- Pattern of Abuse (F3)

Case number 25CR517 was filed in Adams County District Court. Questions about Dahm's personnel status should be directed to Aurora Public Schools. Public access to the affidavit for arrest warrant in this case is currently sealed in the interest of the victim's privacy.  

The filing of a criminal charge is merely a formal accusation that an individual(s) committed offense(s) under Colorado laws. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. See Colo RPC 3.6.
