Brighton, CO – District Attorney Brian Mason announced today that the Adams County Grand Jury has indicted Adrian Grigg, 36, on 82 counts of burglary and theft. The Grand Jury returned the indictment on April 30, 2026.
Grigg is accused of committing a series of break-ins along the thoroughfares of 120th Avenue, 136th Avenue, and 144th Avenue in Westminster, Broomfield, Arvada, Thornton, and other nearby jurisdictions between February 2024 and November 2024. He allegedly entered multiple small businesses by breaking windows or doors or by accessing lock boxes, then stole cash from safes or registers. These incidents typically occurred during overnight or closed-business hours.
Grigg’s next court appearance is scheduled for August 6, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in Adams County District Court, Division G. This indictment is the result of a collaborative investigation by the Westminster Police Department, Broomfield Police Department, Thornton Police Department, Erie Police Department, Arvada Police Department, Northglenn Police Department, Lafayette Police Department, and the Brighton Police Department, in partnership with the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
