17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office Files First-Degree Murder Charge Against Bernard Ware
Brighton, CO —Today, the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is announcing the filing of charges against Bernard Ware, 18. Ware is charged with First-Degree Murder and Tampering with Physical Evidence related to the fatal shooting death of a victim at a home in Adams County on April 25, 2022.
Ware's charges include:
First-Degree Murder (F1)
Tampering with Physical Evidence (F6)
Case number 2022CR001430 was filed in Adams County District Court. Ware's next court appearance will be on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 11:00am.
