17th Judicial District Attorney's Office Files First-Degree Murder Charge Against Milton Oney Euceda-Velasquez

Brighton, CO – The District Attorney’s Office announced today the filing of a First-Degree Murder charge against Milton Oney Euceda-Velasquez, 29, related to the fatal stabbing of a male victim in an alleyway between North Hanover Street and North Havana Street at East 19th Avenue in Aurora on September 16, 2025. 

Euceda-Velasquez is charged with: 

  • First-Degree Murder (F1)
  • Second-Degree Murder (F2)
  • Aggravated Robbery (F3)
  • Second-Degree Arson (F5)
  • Tampering with Physical Evidence (F6)

Case number 25CR2730 was filed in Adams County District Court. Euceda-Velasquez's next court appearance is on October 24, 2025, at 9:00am in Adams County District Court.

The filing of a criminal charge is merely a formal accusation that an individual(s) committed offense(s) under Colorado laws. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. See Colo RPC 3.6.
