17th Judicial District Attorney's Office Files Arson Charges Against Paul Clark

Brighton, CO —Today, the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is announcing the filing of Arson charges against Paul Clark, 45, related to an apartment fire that occurred at the Abrigo Apartment Complex in Aurora on December 23, 2024. 

Clark is charged with:  
  • Fourth-Degree Arson (F3)
  • First-Degree Arson (F3)
  • Fourth-Degree Arson (F4)
  • Aggravated Cruelty to Animals (F4)
Case number 2024CR003981 was filed in Adams County District Court. Clark's next court apperance is on December 27, 2024, at 1:30pm in Courtroom 4.  

The filing of a criminal charge is merely a formal accusation that an individual(s) committed a crime(s) under Colorado laws. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. See Colo RPC 3.6.
