17th Judicial District Attorney's Office Charges Three Individuals Related to Alleged Robbery, Shooting in Adams County

Brighton, CO —Today, the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is announcing the filing of charges against three individuals related to an alleged robbery and shooting of a victim that occurred in the area of 300 W. 80th Avenue in Adams County on November 25, 2024. 

Irvin Perez-Perez is charged with: 
  • Attempted 1st-Degree Murder (F2)
  • Aggravated Robbery (F3)
Case number 24CR3693 was filed in Adams County District Court. 

Luis Jaimes is charged with: 
  • Aggravated Robbery (F3)
Case number 24CR3694 was filed in Adams County District Court. 

Melina Valencia is charged with: 
  • Aggravated Robbery (F3)
Case number 24CR3695 was filed in Adams County District Court. 

The filing of a criminal charge is merely a formal accusation that an individual(s) committed a crime(s) under Colorado laws. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. See Colo RPC 3.6.
