17th Judicial District Attorney's Office Files First-Degree Assault Charge Against Jose Noe Ulloa-Martinez

Brighton, CO —Today, the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is announcing the filing of a First-Degree Assault charge and various other charges against Jose Noe Ulloa-Martinez, 37, related to an incident where a vehicle struck two pedestrians on July 4, 2024, in the 7000 Block of East 64th Avenue in Commerce City. 

Ulloa-Martinez is charged with: 
  • First-Degree Assault (F3)
  • Second-Degree Assault (F4)
  • Leaving the Scene of an Accident (F4)
  • Vehicular Assault (F5) (2 Counts)
Case number 2024CR002146 was filed in Adams County District Court. Ulloa-Martinez's next court appearance is on July 31, 2024, at 9:00am in Courtroom 7. 

The filing of a criminal charge is merely a formal accusation that an individual(s) committed a crime(s) under Colorado laws. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. See Colo RPC 3.6.
